I have dogs and cats, neither will go to the Pet Bed. The new one, it's square. What is it for???

Well, there are 3 different two tone square shaped 'Pet Beds' in the Home Store under Pets. I assume anyone who has the game going can go look at them. They are not marked as to what pet they are for. They take up one square of space. I put them down and when I tap them they give the Call Over option, so I hit it but no pets come running. I'm not sure about an image, I will try to do that.
Which items you have available depends on your level and what events you have done and which premium pack you have bought
So not everyone have the same items in the store, that is why we ask for name and as detailed description as possible
I only have one square pet bed, red-white-gold, marked for cats "le Luxury Royale"
Ive been playing for a year, lvl 55, I have not done many pet events, nor have I bought premium pet packs and I have not yet done the Puppy Odyssey.
Could the bed be for kittens or puppys?
Do you have a name for it? So we can google for an answer?

@minicha-emI also am lvl 55. I don't buy premium packs, I just noticed one day it was available in the Home Store. It is simply labeled Pet Bed in the Home Store. That's why it's so confusing. I have no other name for it. I'm doing my best to describe it. I will try to get an image I can put here in a bit. Thank you for your help. I seem to be coming off in a bad way, which I didn't intend at all. I really am just asking a question. I'm sorry if somehow I've offended. I'm just a 50 year old lady who isn't very good with screen capping on my tablet. Thanks so much again for help.

OH Thank you, see i googled it and saw that puppies were coming up but I thought it was odd I could still call over when I had a grown dog, lol They need to label it Puppy Bed or Pug bed or something clearer. Thanks again!
