Issue
My baby is not using the bathroom, well the bathroom bar hasn't moved up for 3 days and now it's on red like my baby about to pass away. Fix it ☹️

Babies have no control over their bathroom needs, they will soil their diaper whenever they feel like it, when they do you change it to make them sparkle again
You can not make a baby go whenever you want to, this is the only need you can not control
You can use Rainbow cake slices or muffins to keep all their needs up, just like for the rest of your sims
