Ever since the new update (5.92.2), my app won’t even open. It was super glitchy before and I couldn’t move between Sims/locations or tasks. Now I can’t even open the game. Losing progress. Suggestions or is this an EA problem?

Took the risk and did an uninstall/reinstall. The loaded game picked up right from when I installed the update. Lost all the progress on the quaint kitchen craft challenge and now have to play catch up on all my other quests…
