no option for home store hot line

I am on the renovations quest and I'm supposed to call the home store hot line. There is no options for it on any of the phones. What am I supposed to do? I have all the updates. I am on a windows pho...

It’s because you just call the hotline which is 9 hours it doesn’t say home store hotline on the phone option. It’s just hotline option call them.
