No Save Data in the Cloud [iOS]

Hey. I've been playing this game for years and sometimes I would uninstall it because of storage. I've been wanting to play again on my iPad but it says "No Save Data in the Cloud". Even after logging in with Game Center, still nothing. Please help. I don't want to start over.
