option to change lot style?

is it possible to change the style of a lot on sims freeplay? for example, i have the haunted house, wizards cottage, neo tokyo, wedding lot, and each of them has a different road, sidewalk, mailbox, and outdoor environment. Sometimes i see this on architect homes as well. did the creators just use one of the prize house templates for this? or is it actually possible to change the lot style? i am at level 54 and at the seniors quest.

You can not change lots that are built

You can delete the structure/house and build a new house on the lot

And yes, that is how those AH were built by using the template they wanted, deleted what was on the lot and re-built it as they wanted it
