I already knew that. The issue is I am not getting a person with a donut over their heads. I am getting everyone else but that. Is there anything else I can do? Thank you

I am experiencing the exact same thing, no donuts are showing up. Even the special bubbles don't show donuts when it spins.
In the top left corner is the police menu click it
then go to the last tab and you can trade things in for donuts…. Unless you buy the gold and purple things you have to play everyday for the whole 7 hours to see an actual come up in the points.
im on level 49 took a long break but I’m back!
