Police Station: trying to fill my badges
I am so lost. I need to collect 20 donuts to fill my badges. What can I do? Thank you

The best way is to actually not do two or three of the donut requests that come through, leave them to the next shift. You then have at least 12 (each is worth at least 3 donuts) to start with, and then hope that you get another 3 on the next shift to get you to 21.
