Practice speech in neighbor's mirror credit
I'm not getting credit for completing the social quest, "practice speech in a neighbor's mirror" despite the fact I've now completed it 3 times. Any suggestions?

When that happened to me, eventually I realized the task also says "between the hours of 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM" or some such time... I don't suppose that is the trouble here?
Oh, it's actually a very good remark @VieuxCaniche! Certain tasks require to be performed at specific times. Make sure to double-check the quest's tooltip @beccaruth.
I've got the same problem but mine doesn't give a time- it's just 'go and practice speech in a neighbor's town'
