Practicing guitar in a neighbors town??

I have been stuck on this social task for ages. I can't figure out how to have my sim practice guitar in a neighbors town?? How do you do it?? Heelllpp PLEASE??

Thanks I finally did find someone who had a guitar right in their living room but now I'm having trouble understanding how to do firefighting on someones fire extinguisher??? Can you help me with that?

This time, what you need to look for is a fire hydrant. It's also available in the Hobby store if I'm not mistaken.

Right but where do I look? Houses or street? Park? Not sure is it on the wall?? Or outside on the street or in the yard...
