How do i practice soccer in a neighboring town?

Hi,
Your neighbors should need a soccer ball in order to complete this task.
If you find a soccer ball in one of your neighbors select neighbors soccer ball and select practice soccer.
When the action is completed the task will be also completed.
You can also skip social tasks by using LP's
