Pregnancy Event: Community Action Not Showing Up

The support task “practice calming tired Sim on phone” isn’t showing up as an action on any phone and therefore none of my sims can complete the action. Please advise…

Looks like the Dusty Dwelling phone actions aren’t showing up either…
