Pregnancy Event issues since recent update

Pregnancy goal options are not appearing for the pregnant Sim. I cannot progress or skip task. I have done many pregnancy events. The options for pregnancy event have pregnancy icon. Example the one I cannot see is call sim to discuss home births. Discuss home births is not an option on the phone where it should be. I tried using the pregnant sim and a non pregnant sim. I tried having the pregnant sim interact with another sim. No option exists to discuss home births. 

On the last pregnancy event I did I ran into a pregnancy goal that should have been for the pregnant sim however it only worked if a non pregnant sim was selected to do the action, so I tried everything I could think of for this round. No luck. 

I opened an issue with support and provided screen shots. They didn’t even understand how pregnancy events work and were no able to report the bug even though it is clearly a bug. They told me to report here. How will this even be looked at unless other players look here too. Feeling like I was completely ignored and blown off by support but here I go hoping someone out there cares at all about helping and providing customer service / support.
