Pretty little planters glitch

Please help me, I recently visited a friends town and happened to click on the mall (which I haven't built yet). Then all of a sudden I had the pretty little planters quest which I shouldn't have till I have built the mall. I don't know what to do, do I reset my game or what ?

Hi how long does it take that the Support anwers? I have sent a Message to the Support at 11:00 o' clock...in german,should i write it in englisch?😨

Their response time is usually one to two days. Once you get the email, make sure you read the directions fully before logging in to the game.

So I tried making a ticket like the article said because it said they have to manually fix the problem, after I hit submit I can't find the ticket and it's not under open request etc

How do you receive the fix? Also how do I contact them about the problem as it won't let me? Thanks.

You have to submit a ticket and they will send you the fix via cloud storage in game. Also, you can send the ticket via in game as well. Select the 3 dots in the bottom right corner then select the question mark. Good luck.

Christyne thank you for answering , I had reported the problem 2 days ago and now I am still waiting for their email :D Hope I can fix it soon..

I submitted a ticket a week ago and made a post on the FreePlay facebook. Still no response

If you submitted a ticket and did not get an email confirmation with a ticket number then your ticket may not have gone through. You will need to submit another ticket.

If you did get a confirmation email you can go to the link in the email to check the status.
