Dear sir or madam, I am writing in regards to an issue with your Sims FreePlay game. At one of the houses (A snow chalet) the inhabitants have suddenly lost the ability to use the stairs. I’m getting the blocked off sign when there’s no obstacles. I’m having trouble finding a solution for this problem which has been going on since Friday of last week and the problem still persists. 2019 snow chalet quest. I cant place any furniture in the fire side of the lounge. I tried to change the sofa and it just flashes red. I have tried even a small sofa and a chair. I have reported this problem. Has anyone else had this?

Yes I tried adding to inventory. Doesn't work.
I have solved it though! I made the lounge smaller up to the front door then made it larger again. Oddly this gave me a room upstairs but that's fine. I made the extra room into a large main bedroom.
The furniture including the original chalet sofas now can be placed in the lounge along with anything else.
It's very odd though. Although saying that I bought an architect home recently which had no front door!. Also with the latest update the other day my architect homes tab disappeared and then reapperared the next day.
