Progression bug: DIY Homes Patio stuck at 0%

Hello,

I am experiencing a progression blocker in The Sims FreePlay.

The task “DIY Homes: A Relaxing Patio – Buy Outdoor Decorations” does not register any progress, even though I am correctly purchasing and placing outdoor decorations.

Details:

The quest is active.

Simoleons are deducted correctly when I buy items.

I have placed outdoor decorations (large trees, plants, outdoor furniture) directly on natural grass at the Sim’s house.

The Sim lives in that house (not a different property).

I have completed previous similar tasks without issues.

I have restarted both the game and my device.

I have sold items and tried placing new ones again.

The progress bar remains at 0%.

There is no option to skip the task.

This is blocking my City Level progression and prevents me from unlocking patios, so I cannot advance in the game.

This does not appear to be user error, but a quest registration bug.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Any confirmation from the team that this is being investigated?
