Raiders of the Lost Artifacts - skipped over first artifact?!

So magically I skipped over the first artifact step (dunno how it happened) but when I went to build The Riches of Terra Level 0 Monument, it shows that the first artifact (some mining pick/pickaxe) is still missing. But I obtained the second and third artifacts. I looked up a guide and made one of my sims read the Big Book of Stuff, but I still didn't get the artifact.

EDIT: Whoops, friend clicked on the LP buy option. Guess I have the artifact now. *sigh*
