Hmmmm this is a hard one...
Did you do the nanny quest?
If you did, you could pick up the baby and go back to your house and move the crib also.
The nanny quest is unlocked at level 10 or 11.

If it doesn't work, then go to an empty house, press it, choose 'Move household', and hopefully the fanily will come up, both parents and the baby. You unfortunately will have to pay 8,500, but look on the bright side! Your problem will be fixed! If you want, after moving them to the empty house, you can move them back to thier previous house, but then you'll have to pay 17,000 so I don't recccomend it.
