Sorry for the late reply, I have not yet unlocked the Castle and don't know what the issue could be.

I didn't see a point in replying when I had nothing to say.

I now see you have some "me too's" and it is not a singular occurrence.

I've asked people who know more about the Castle than me, to help.

Meanwhile, could this be a device/OS issue?

Are you on Apple or Android?

As for now, all I can do is direct you to support, I'll link it below.

This forum is provided by EA but is designed as Player helping Player, in this case we can not do much for you

I personally can not sign in with chrome, so you might need to try different browsers

    thanks!  It's frustrating, lol, to have this happen.  But I'll use the link you provided and see what can be done. 🙂

    I contacted the help center and they told me to skip the task, using LP. They gave me the LP's I lost.

    Didn't try it since ...

    Thanks for letting us know about this issue! Once you update your game to the latest version (Eco Lifestyle), this should no longer happen.
