Re: How does my Baby grow up? How long does it take?
One of my sims have had 2 children, another just had one. It's been about 2-3 real life weeks and they haven't turned into toddlers yet. Can someone explain why?

Babies will age automatically if you have done Life Dreams and Legacy quest
Before you have done that, you need to have a Birthday, with a cake, as mentioned by @Guedalia_ff

EX See the quests before you start them to know how many sims are needed, for what duration and at what stage of the quest
