I am halfway through the puppy quest and my puppy has disappeared! Please help before time runs out or fix it and give me extra time. Thank you

Well i am so beyond pissed at this point! My puppy went missing, as it did with alot of people! So i did what everyone else did, sent in a 'request ticket' and after two or three i finally got a response telling to me save my game and not play. OK! Great! So after couple days, with NO RESPONSE and NO FIX i sent another 'ticket' and now i have only one simple question but still NO RESPONSE! so i went searching for a number to call and complain to an actual person and havent found one so now im here, venting apparently because these developers or 'technical support staff' never have time to respond to me. Now that the quest is over, why is the 'sit with puppy' task still in my task list? Why wont it disappear? Does this mean i cannot continue in my game? So all the time and money ive spent is a total waste!? I wish someone would please respond to me and let me know so i dont continue wasting time on a game that is worthless. This customer service here is a joke because it is totally invisible. Im so disappointed and bummed about all this, i really dont even feel like playing any more games (Sims) after this.

I lost my puppy in sims free play. How do I find it??
- Anonymous10 years agoI completely understand. I have had the same experience. I sent the ticket in Friday morning and it is now Tuesday night. you would think someone could at least respond and say something.

Yes! I think that's the worst part in all this, we are in limbo with our games and with no communication from them so that just really makes it worse, smh.

I got an answer this afternoon saying that they marked my ticket as resolved, but nothing was done at all. So I replied again, but this really sucks.
My lost puppy has been returned to me. After all that it's 19 hours sitting with puppy!! No reset of time so the timed item is lost and I don't know if that impacts on the kitten side of the quest. All in all it took about 6 days for the upgrade and I received 2 emails; one asking me to upload to the cloud and the other (about 4 days later) advising me that my issue had been resolved and the steps to follow to ensure I downloaded the corrected content. I hope this helps anyone still waiting because it's the lack of updates/communication that is the hardest thing.
