We just had the same problem. There is no way to get in touch with anybody to fix this, get a refund or what. I tried leaving EA a message through their website but I can't seem to get to a point where I can leave them a message or get a live person. I called my credit card company and disputed the charges so they removed them from my credit card. I recommend anyone else doing the same.
