HANS On is a re-run, started on the 17th [EDIT I got the dates messed up before]
If you have already done the quest, it will not appear again (might explain my confusion over the dates as I've done it previously and don't see it in my game)
So is this wrong then? And the people I know on Facebook that have already started it?
I haven't done it before. Very strange.
Try asking support, it should be there if you have not done it before
