@Aiydee: I'm not OP, but I have two friends with Android devices who both can use the Party Boat with no issue.

• They both downloaded SFP ages ago. One year ago or even more, maybe. I think this is the biggest factor, honestly.
• One of them has a Galaxy S4. I don't know what phone the other one has, but it's a few years old too. Dunno about Android versions.
• I don't know their Facebook privacy settings either, sorry.

I have a Galaxy S6 and can't use Party Boat. I'm trying the trick posted on this forum, but the Facebook part is stuck on "Sending..." and has been for about 15 minutes, so it probably will not work.

First regarding your friends being able to see each other.  This is 'known'.  It got broken sometime around the Royal Lineage expansion.

A known fix which is VERY unreliable is to find an installer of an old version.  Install it.  Add your friends.  Then update.  However, it's also worth noting that it has a high chance of corrupting and losing all data.

It's sad that my fix didn't work.  Perhaps it got broken in the last update too.  ☹️

I'll ponder it.  For now, I can't do much about it as everyone I know is working now.  

I'm sure there is a way.
