- Anonymous10 years agoI have bought from both. As of now have spent 25000. Tried again today after I reinstalled app and shut down iPad.
You may have done this already, but try doing other things with your other sims at a different house and then go back and try to buy the outdoor decorations. Someone reported on this site doing that kind of thing for another quest that got stuck. If this doesn't work my only other suggestion is to contact support.

"New" way to contact support: Get there in game: green ... button at the bottom of the screen; info > online supportThat is the preferred way of support, according to support - meaning you are more likely to get help if you use this method
