Just for fun I just started a pregnancy on one of my Sims. And It is going to be six regular days for this pregnancy. I see what you mean about the pink circle and I assume the circle changes color as the pregnancy goes along. So I’ll let you know in six days. In the mean time have you tried restarting the game app and/or rebooting your device. Make sure your device is update. I know these are basic things but a lot of times this works to fix game issues.
