The Enhanced Lighting feature is bugged on my iPad

A lot of floor/wall lamps are bugged like it shows on the screenshots. And the overall light from the light sources cuts sharply between the room making everything look weird, especially mezzanines. Also sometimes when I swipe the camera left and right on a house lot, the sunlight randomly gets darker and then it shines back again like someone slowly turning off and on a light switch in my game. It makes me dizzy.
 It started several updates ago and every time there was a new update I was hoping it’ll get fixed but nope nothing changes. Turning enhanced on and off doesn’t fix the problem as well as reinstalling the game.
