You can play FreePlay on a computer using emulators

This is not recommended since it is against the Terms of Service, meaning, that if anything goes wrong, no one have the obligation to help you

FreePlay (and the Sims Mobile) is made for mobile gaming, it is smaller and less complex than the other Sims games

The whole purpose of mobile gaming is that it is easy and simple and portable. Playing on a computer defeats those purposes.

If you want to play Sims on a computer I recommend The Sims 4 or the Sims 3

For creating Sims and building houses, I do prefer The Sims 4

For story lines, I tend to go with FreePlay, because I have no imagination of my own
