Make sure you're looking in the right section, store and inventory - all sections - and the wardrobe (if you won clothing, makeup or other accessories

If you still can't find your prizes, contact Fire monkeys

I personally can not sign in with chrome, so you might need to try different browsers

    After an interaction with FM, I wasn’t able to sign in with my google account either.  However, it looks like just a cookie because if you clear the cookies you should be able to sign in again with Chrome.  I have to clear the cookies every time to log in! 🤦‍♀️ Hope this helps!
