Re: Sims stopping actions

Although EA has reported no solution to the problem of sims stopping actions for Sims Freeplay, a suggestion was made in the Sims4 forum that might help. Try reducing the items in your inventory. I have been kicked out and actions cancelled at least twice a day since the Feb 2017 update. So far today since I cleaned up my inventory I haven't been kicked out YET. I hope it works, but I wanted others to try to see if it helps them as well. My inventory was huge after watching ads daily, so I reduced it by about 50%. Now will keep my fingers crossed.

Thank you very much for the advice @katertater55!

Do you still see less crashes now after cleaning out the inventory?

Yes, for 3 days, no crashes. Then as I was watching ads yesterday it crashed again and sims stopped all actions. Again this morning the same thing, while I was watching ads. I don't know if the winning of inventory items (and thus adding to the inventory) caused this, or if it was the ads themselves. Go figure!

No crashes where the sims stop all actions since yesterday morning. I quit watching the ads and cleaned up my inventory again (who needs 37 palm tree and 20 shocking toasters anyway?) I believe that the problem could be triggered by adding your prize to your inventory after the spin for the reward. I really enjoyed the LP's and SP''s, but it's not worth having 34 sims suddenly becoming idle and losing all progress. Just a thought, and I sure hope they get it resolved so I can start watching ads again. I love, love, love this game!
