I need real neighbors to complete my quests. Can anyone add me? Please

You can complete quests without real neighbors (other players). Go to the boat (where you get a daily gift). Click on it and it will say you have no neighbors, but click on the green Visit tab and it will take you to Another Sim Town, where there are multiple in-game neighbors. Everything you need can be found in their homes.
I need a wand. I cannot find it on my game.
