I've posted this problem a month ago and haven't got an answer yet. Even though it is a bit late, I would like to know if it is possible for you to unlock the items of the xmas quest in my home store and pet store or let me do the quest again since with the glitch my quest never came back for me to complete it in time.
My neighbours just informed me that hey visited a town and got a message that they've helped saving Xmas and that they can now found reindeer in their local pet store. This has been going on for a while, so they’ve got multiple free reindeers.
Is there anything you can do for me? Unlock the items in my home store and pet store or let me do the quest again? I could not do the quest because my game was bugged.
My game is still glitch. Once in a while, I have to cancel my sims action (mostly when they are gone to work or school) because they are done, but cannot come back on their own. Sometimes, I leave my sims doing something and then exit the game, and when I come back later, they are all somewhere else doing nothing...
Please unlock the reindeers in my pet store on the map town, please help.
