I found the tutorial a bit confusing. Sometimes there’s a button “next” to tap on, then the screen is darker and there’s a highlighted point anywhere on the screen, and we’re supposed to tap on that. On your 1st screenshot I see a glimpse of the task button, but it doesn’t look highlighted 😕
Is it the same town on your phone? In that case it should be possible to upload the data from there and then download to the device where you’re stuck on this screen. If you can’t get to the reset button, you’d need to reinstall again. Right before downloading the data, upload from your phone.
Only problem is once I'm at the point in the screenshot, I'm stuck! Can't touch anything on the screen, can't back out of the game, can NOT attempt to upload data!
And now my game has reset and I've lost R.H. And am having the same issue with the community market!!!!! I also cannot find my market cafe! And since I'm having this issue with the community market I can no longer access any part of that area of town. Since its essentially frozen on the "tap here" option. Which does nothing when I tap it! Beyond frustrating!!!!
