Romance Island- 7 days left

I totally agree with you. I bought the fruit plants and the flower patch. I thought that the timed event was for the community collection as well as the individual prizes.  I was really upset to discover that my trees and spin patch no longer worked.

Then to be given 6 days to finish the island with SP!?! I need nearly 1000 SP to get the spin coins that I need and no way to turn my excess bananas into spin coins. Thanks EA for ANOTHER disappointing quest!

There is no way that I can see for someone to finish the quest without hacking in!

I also have not been able to accumulate all the materials needed to build the last two location.

I was hoping that having unlocked all the locations the EA would allow me to continue to collect the material, but unfortunately what is not possible.

When I saw that to finish the buildings had to buy the purple coins I was disappointed for this thing. 😞

People on Facebook questioned why couldn't be allowed to continue gathering the resources to build the buildings. The 1 week time limit is pointless if you don't have any resources or SP. You should at least be able to get the resources to build the last buildings you haven't built. The fruit is no problem except the Pineapples and Passion Fruit but getting the Construction Coins is luck-based since most spins give you XP and/or Bananas and you need 170 coins total to build the last two buildings.

The Bungalow is the only building I missed but there's no way I can build it since I need 1,364 Social Points which would cost $100.
