I spent over 10.00 to get the villa, Time ran out ! I want the Villa or my money back. Is this game a money pit?

Unfortunately we cannot really help with this kind of situation because AHQ is a player-to-player forum. All I can confirm if that if you bought a time extension and still didn't finish the quest in time the support team won't be able to offer you a refund. :/ Sorry about that.
