Selling things from your neighbours house

Hi! I have a social action to complete in The Sims FreePlay but I don't know how to do that! I have to sell stuff from my neighbours house in another world but I don't know how to do that! Can someone Please explane how to do that? Thanks! (Btw, I hope you guys understand me, I'm Dutch)

Are you referring to the auction podium? You need to find a neighbor who has an auction podium and use it. See screenshot
