Server Error (-10)

I have an LG-P715 mobile phone. When I try to download The sims freeplay, this message pops up:

A server error has occurred. Please visit www.eamobile.com/country gate to choose your country and click the customer support link. (-10)

I have tried to research this issue however it seems most people have got server error 5002 or -17, not -10 like me.

Please advise

Hi i have skk phoenixtab3+. When i download ea NBA JAM this message po up.
A server error has occurred.please visit www.eamobile.com/countrygate.to choose your country and click the costumer suppord link server error 5002.
