My progression quest “Two and a Half Sims” is stuck.
I completed “Expand or Create a Room” but
the Children’s Store will not unlock and cannot be built.
The quest cannot be skipped.

There are several tasks to do before the Childrens Store will be unlocked. You can only build it if the task shows up in the task box.
3. Spend §450 on Wallpaper and Flooring
4. Read 'Better Farms and Cradles' Magazine
5. Have a Double Shot of Coffee
6. Watch 'Dr. Cots' on TV
7. Build the Children's Store
8. Buy a Crib (There‘s a free one in the store)
9. Add a BabyOk but what happens if I do up to 6 and still can't unlock to build the children's store ? I'm stuck here and nothing unlocked for me
If you can’t build the store that is marked in my screenshot, please contact Online Support: In-game tap the three dots at the bottom right of the screen, then info, Online Support and use the talk bubble at the upper right.
