Server error when opening The Sims Free Play for Android

When I try to open The Sims Free Play on my Android phone it comes up with a window that says "Server Error".

Then it says "A server error has occured. Please visit www.eamobile.com/countrygate to choose your country and click the customer support link (500)"

I tried to visit this web page. I choose a country. But I cannot find the "customer support link (500)".  I have not downloaded the game yet, or opened it. Any ideas?

First, use a computer to create an origin account. Next, go to eamobile.com/countrygate. Then, go to the bottom of the page and select what country you're living in. After that, go to the top of the page and login to your origin account. Finally, play sims and it will work. After this, you'll never get an error on an EA game. Remember, this is not a tip for PC. This is a tip for mobile(amazon, apple, and android). Have fun!
