Server error when opening The Sims Free Play for Android

When I try to open The Sims Free Play on my Android phone it comes up with a window that says "Server Error".

Then it says "A server error has occured. Please visit www.eamobile.com/countrygate to choose your country and click the customer support link (500)"

I tried to visit this web page. I choose a country. But I cannot find the "customer support link (500)".  I have not downloaded the game yet, or opened it. Any ideas?

    First, use a computer to create an origin account. Next, go to eamobile.com/countrygate. Then, go to the bottom of the page and select what country you're living in. After that, go to the top of the page and login to your origin account. Finally, play sims and it will work. After this, you'll never get an error on an EA game. Remember, this is not a tip for PC. This is a tip for mobile(amazon,apple,and android). Have fun!

    I figured this out. Not sure what the error message was about, but I pulled down my downloads and The Sims Free Play was listed. I clicked on it and it opened the game to the error message I had been receiving. After I clicked exit on the error message, I clicked on the shortcut for the game to try downloading it again and it worked fine. I think it had something to do with the download shortcut being in the pull down menu.

    It dose not let me play and it says to visit this website and enter the state so what do I do?

    Me to this is for a table its been fine for days but now all of a sudden its come up if put my state in but it wants me to click the customer link 5002 in and I can't find it what should I do xx

    Need an answer for the tablet it doesn't let me play the error is saying to go to this website and select a country but I don't know were to see it or put it please give me an answer

    just didn't help me at all I still get the same error message and I cannot play this game at all somebody please fix this
