we can do what you yourself can do, nothing more
maybe give some useless tips that have already been tried and failed
log in, log out
hard close, restart
shut device off, wait 2 min, start device
load game to different device, preferable to different OS (if you use Apple, load to Android - if you use Android load to Apple)
delete/reinstall
switch connection, wifi, 4G 5G cellular etc
this is something support needs to handle as we as players can not help you
and yes, we are as annoyed with support as you are
this is not something we can handle, without breaking ToS
