No previous cloud

My long-term The Sims FreePlay save file was accidentally overwritten by a new Level 1 game due to a Facebook sync error. Both my Facebook and Apple cloud menus now show "no cloud save available" and only load the new, empty town.

My history is not completely lost because all my original achievements are still visible in my Apple Game Center.

I have a verified in-app purchase from January 20, 2024, with order ID(receipt attached). This purchase belongs to my original, high-level town.

Anyway to get this back?
