@minicha-emI did try signaling the problem to Firemonkeys and they emailed me back that:
"You can now get help in-game. We no longer support tickets sent through this system and will close this case. Check to make sure you're running the latest version of the game, then contact support in-game.
To get help, contact customer support through your in-game settings. If you can’t access your game, follow the steps in our article:
https://help.ea.com/help/mobile/get-help-for-ea-mobile-games/Choose the Sims FreePlay link in the article for more info about in-game help resources."
So yeah... I informed EA. Anyone else experiencing same bugs?
