Sim leaving a lot

I do not understand the issue

The pic does not show what is wrong

They can't leave throught the garage door? Do you have any othe exits from the house?

This issue also appears in my town and I also read about it from other players.

I took some screenshots from sending my sims home.

Although they have left the lot already, the simtracker still shows them as leaving. It‘s not possible to send them to work or whistle them to any other place but their home. . I tapped a sim that should be at home, but neither she nor her partner were there; I had to tap the whistle to get them home. 

Thinking of the SimChase tasks with 30 sims and having to follow every single sim home is really inconvenient. 

Go to the house first

Then call over the Sim(s)

I found a little workaround until the issue is fixed: While the sims are leaving the lot, I go to the town map or to another sim in a different house. I need to be away before the sims have finished leaving. They will then arrive at their homes as they are supposed to.
