Sim stuck at a place near Police Truck

The problem is more complicated now, instead of “X” the icon was replaced by “!”, and i try to make her resign the job but after i leave then it back to the state again.
When I had the issue I had to cancel the sim's shift. Someone on the forum said that didn't work for them because the shift was already done. Other players got the issue fix through Firemonkey, though I've read that it takes about a week.
It shows i only finish part of the tasks and have no option to cancel it, any solution ? ☹️
If the sim is still doing his shift then cancel the shift. Click on the X over the red briefcase in the sim's info box in the lower let corner. See the screenshot.
The problem is more complicated.
Your sim's shift has probably ended. You really need to contact Firemonkey. Other players you have Putin a trouble ticket hve gotten this issue fixed.
