Sims Free play Sir Moleon's Purchase Not Received

@Sombae , this happened to me today and it’s my 3/3 Sir Moleon’s (so practically the last one) and it was 11.99€.
The game told me I was all set but I never received my credits of 1.9M.
And it was taken off of my account so thinking it was a little glitch and the 11.99 was going to be returned to my account, I purchased it again and it took off the same credit again 11.99€ and still received nothing!
I even restarted my phone😕.
