Hi
What device are you using?
I don't want to delete the app and re-install as a friend of mine tried that when she had problems with the daily mail box cash, and she lost all her progress. I'm level 38, with a town value of 90m so I have no desire to start again! Any help would be much appreciated

Hello, I had experienced the same thing. I had worked really hard with a town worth $783,000 and with $511,000 +. I was highly upset and tried to find answers. Ok everything was saved for me. Whatever device you are working with and I'm on a pad. I just said to heck with it. I took the courage and uninstalled the app. Had to even restart my pad. I did that and went to my playstore and picked "sims freeplay" again.after its downloaded again, you should come the cloud thing. Whatever you used to sign on in the beginning you will needx to retrieve everything you thought you lost. Phew I was ready to start over one more time, but that worked!!! I hope it works for you. Good luck. Either way, if it don't open and you really have to start over? It can't be avoided either way.
