Sims free play won't load
My sims free play won't load. It was fine until yesterday but since then it gets as far as the sims logo then doesn't go any further

I have a Samsung galaxy s4 and I've been having this problem for a little over a week. I can find any answer that is helping me . I've restarted my phone, re installed the game, and even tried going to the "force stop" option to see if that helped but nothing is changing.
