Can I fire?

I recently unlocked the coffee shop and I have an extra employee that I don’t want, can I fire him o do something to remove him?

Can’t double shift
I’m vip 6 and one of the perks is to be able to double shift but it won’t let me, I have to pay for them to do it, it let me do it one at vip 5 and that was it, nothing since then.
