Sims free play won't load
My sims free play won't load. It was fine until yesterday but since then it gets as far as the sims logo then doesn't go any further

I am in the middle of the basement quest with 4 days to go and now sims won't load. I click on the icon it tries to open then goes back to the home screen and says freeplay has stop. I am using a kindle fire. I am level 47 and don't want to uninstall for fear of losing everything. Plz help.
