Sims free play won't load
My sims free play won't load. It was fine until yesterday but since then it gets as far as the sims logo then doesn't go any further

Ok on my kindle I went into my more settings then applications and then installed apps. Next find sims freeplay click on it. You should see a screen that says force stop and clear data. DON'T TOUCH EITHER ONE! But you can scroll down to clear your cache. I did and I did not lose anything now freeplay opens and plays. THANK GOODNESS. Hope this helps some of you.
